On participation of OAO Gazprom promgaz in the session of European Business Congress committees

The joint session of European Business Congress committees «Industry and Building» and «Ecology and Health care» took place on the 8th of December in Berlin under chairmanship of Member of OAO Gazprom Management Committee, Head of Department for transportation, underground storage and use of gas Mr. O. Aksiutin and Head of AO «Overgas Inc.» Department for Ecology and Sustainable Development Ms. S. Blagova.
The meeting was also attended by OAO Gazprom administration representatives, heads of its subsidiaries, other Russian and foreign gas companies.
On behalf of OAO Gazprom promgaz in the session participated Deputy General director Mr. A. Zorya and Head of Department of Marketing and International Projects Mr. V. Karasevich.
Mr. Zorya made a presentation on the results of the joint European Business Congress/UNECE project «Kolpashevo» UNECE 21» implemented by OAO Gazprom promgaz. Within the frames of the study on Kolpashevo city energy system development the experts analyzed the present state of energy efficient projects implementation in the Russian Federation regions, as well as evaluated the major system problems. The presentation also contained recommendations on further development of the energy saving measures in Russia.
