AMK MODULAR BOILER ROOMS TYPE

Application

Autonomous modular boiler room AMK is designed for heating buildings and premises of administrative, industrial, agricultural and public purpose, residential houses etc.

Features

AMK operates automatically, the continuous attendance of operating staff is not required.

The body of the autonomous modular boiler room is made of metal with flameproof covers, consisting of containers, thus, it can be transported by car and railway without State Traffic Safety Inspectorate permit. The containers are designed with mounting openings for boilers dismantling.

Autonomous mobile boiler room is equipped with the following systems:

• heat supply system;
• internal gas supply system;
• fumes disposal system;
• water supply system;
• drainage system;
• ventilation system;
• electricity-supply system;
• lighting system;
• automation system.

The automation of the boiler unit enables the operator to track any parameter or work mode trouble and to shut down a defective boiler or the whole boiler room. The safety system performs gas supply shutdown in case of:

• pilot burner extinction;
• input gas pressure increase or decrease beyond the predefined limits;
• insufficient draft;
• gas contamination of boiler-house premises;
• power cuts.

Autonomous mobile boiler houses are factory-manufactured in accordance with customized specifications and construction codes and regulations, effective in the territory of Russia. When delivering an autonomous mobile boiler house, the clients are provided with project documents for the boiler house, data sheets, instructions and certificates for the equipment installed, devices and materials, intended for calibration, registration in the inspecting organizations and maintenance service work.
