TESTING AND CERTIFICATION OF GAS-USING EQUIPMENT

The testing centre of gas burners and gas-using equipment (TC BD&GUE) performs any kinds of tests (acceptance, recurrent, qualification, and certification) for the production for the stated product range, namely:

• Industrial gas burners of general and specific purpose, various capacity
• Gas burners for residential heating stoves; air heaters, heat generators
• Radiators
• Residential boilers with heating capacity up to 100 kW
• Residential heating units with water circuit
• Industrial boilers with heating capacity between 0.1 and 4 MW
• Water-heating boilers with heating capacity between 0.63 and 209 MW
• Water-to-water and steam-water reheaters for heat supply systems, utilizing gas, liquid or solid fuel

TC BD&GUE has testing facilities, test stands for burner devices with the capacity up to 3 MW, a test stand for residential boilers and heating units with water circuit, industrial boilers, radiators, air heaters.

The TC BD&GUE mobile team has been organized for testing larger capacity equipment units in operation. While conducting its tests, TC BD&GUE employs state-of-the-art measuring tools, for instance, computer gas detectors.
