GBK Modular Gas Burners SeriesGBK modular gas burners series , intended for average and low gas pressure, are installed in boilers, brick baking furnaces, units for asphalt concrete mix production, metallurgical furnaces and for other purposes. The burners are controlled by a safety automation system and do not require continuous operator attendance. If needed, the burners can be additionally equipped with relay or electronic safety automation. Burner start and shutdown are performed remotely. There are two work modes, providing for gas saving: “high burning” with rated gas consumption; “low burning” with 50 % of the rated value gas consumption. The burner automation guarantees heat carrier temperature keeping within the predefined limits; work mode start and output at a preset program; burner operation in working mode with set-up parameters; burner shutdown in work mode with set-up parameters; emergency shutdown; sound and light alarm, indicating the initial reason for the burner shutdown.
