Autonomous decentralized heating is not only more than twice economical than the central heating systems due to elimination of numerous heat losses in outer and inner tracks. It is almost 100 % accident-free, since it eliminates emergency situations in numerous heat pipelines, more and more common nowadays.
Radiant heating system is one of the optimal variant of standalone premises heating, mostly with the height over 5-6 m. The system is based on the “dark” infrared radiator. The advantages of radiant system, if compared to the traditional convection air water system, are derived out of the premise heating scheme attached.
The heat difference along the height of the building in the radiant system is 3–4oC, in the traditional system – 18oC. At that, the floor temperature in the first case is 18oC, and in the second case – 16oC.
Radiant heat flow, coming through diathermic air medium, directly heats the floor, which convectionally warms up the air. In the traditional system the heated air is accumulated near the ceiling. This temperature distribution along the height of the building explains the 20-30 % reduction of fuel consumption in the radiant system.
Developed and produced by OAO Promgaz “dark” radiator is equipped with compact foreign-made fans (blasting and flue-gas fans; Ebm company, Germany) and automation system (KromSchroeder, Germany).
The radiator operating process is based on two-phase combustion of gas and recirculation scheme. It provides the heating of burner branch without significant overheat of the zone close to the burner, and, consequently, minimal emission of harmful CO and NOx components.
The OAO Promgaz (KZGO) Kamensky gas-using equipment plant manufactures “dark” radiators of three heat outputs: 50, 40 and 25.6 kW (IT–50; IT–40 and IT–25.6). The units were certified in 2001.
