HEAT GENERATORS
TOK-1V Heat Generator
The heat generator is designed for thermal treatment of reinforced concrete structures made of fine grain concretes and dense and porous aggregate concretes, cements with general construction purpose, for drying of brick, wood, construction materials etc by natural gas exhaust products.
Since TOK-1V unit can work in the mode of complete or partial recirculation, depending on the temperature required, there is no minimal permissible temperature of air supply.
Approximate natural gas consumption for thermal treatment of 1 m3 of light concretes is from 7.5 to 10 m3.
Approximate natural gas consumption for thermal treatment of 1 m3 of heavy concretes is from 10 to 18 m3.
