RADIANT TUBES

Radiant U-shaped two-stage gas burning tube (TUD)

The tube is designed as a gas heater in thermal and heating furnaces of automotive, car-and-tractor, metallurgic industries. The working chamber of such furnaces is filled with controlled protective atmosphere with operating temperatures ranging from 650 to 960 oС.

The tube construction provides two-stage gas burning with independent air supply to the burner and recuperative branches, thus, reaching high uniformity of working area warm up and excluding the possibility of rotating joint overheat.

Radiant U-shaped tube with flat torch (TRUN)

The tube is designed as a gas heater in thermal and heating furnaces of automotive, car-and-tractor, metallurgic industries. The working chamber of such furnaces is filled with controlled protective atmosphere with operating temperatures ranging from 750 to 950 oС.

The construction of the tube provides stable combustion due to the flat torch development on the surface of the radiant tube.
