NEW GENERATION OF GAS RADIANT TUBES WITH REPLACEABLE METAL AND CARBORUNDUM BODIES

OAO Promgaz has developed, tested, certified and mastered series production of new generation dead-locked and U-shaped gas radiant tubes with replaceable metal and carborundum (SiSiC) bodies.

OAO Promgaz radiant tubes are equipped with autonomous gas-air ratio controllers. Its dead-locked tubes are additionally equipped with shutoff solenoid valves, manufactured by KromSchroeder.

Permissible operating temperature on carborundum bodies is 1350-1450 oС, that is why their durability in the furnaces with operating temperature of 930-950 ^oС is several times higher that in metal radiant tubes.

The OAO Promgaz-designed tubes can utilize import ceramics (INEX company), manufactured by die casting.

The following tube types are produced:

TRKK dead-locked radiant tubes 130, 150, 168 and 190 mm diameter (working section length from 1,000 to 2,000 mm);
TRUNK U-shaped radiant tubes 130, 150 and 168 mm diameter (working section length from 1,050 to 2,500 mm).

Radiant tubes guaranteed service life: metal body – 2 years, carborundum body – 5 years.
