RECUPERATIVE AIR HEATERS

Purpose

GPV, TGG and Donets recuperative air heaters type are designed for stand alone air heating systems of public, industrial and agricultural premises.

GPV-140 Air Heater

GPV-140 Air Heater is a horizontal cylindrical body with three coaxial shells, the central one is a burner unit. The outer air, supplied by the fan into the space between the central and external shells, heats up through heat-exchange surface due to the heat of natural gas exhaust products. Air tapping for combustion is performed from the main fan.

Exhaust products are discharged through the fume stack into the atmosphere.

GPV-140 Air Heater is equipped with an automation and control system.

GPV-500 Air Heater

GPV-500 Air Heater is a vertical cylindrical body with a burner unit, flushed with the heated air at the bottom and at the sides.

The air for combustion is supplied with an in-built fan. The air heater is equipped with an automation and control system.

Exhaust products are are discharged through the fume stack into the atmosphere.

TGG-250 Air Heater

TGG-250 Air Heater is a cylindrical body with a protective cover, with a heat-exchanger inside, equipped with a combustion chamber and a spiral header providing the required heat transmission rate from the exhaust products to the heated air, supplied with the fan.

Exhaust products are discharged through the fume stack into the atmosphere.

Air heaters are equipped with an automation and control system.
